The place was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We stayed for a week and I will say we lost power 3 of those nights for a couple of hours but Yohanny did what she could to help. When we got there we had about 5 dead roaches in the kitchen and dining room including one that was in the fridge. Other than that we had a great stay and the host was amazing!

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we appreciate your kind comments about our efforts to assist during your stay. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the power interruptions. Unfortunately, power outages can occur in Puerto Rico and are outside of our direct control. We are currently working on upgrading our backup power system so that it can provide power to most of the apartment and further minimize the impact of future outages. Regarding the roaches, we sincerely apologize that you encountered them upon arrival. As a property located in a tropical environment, occasional pests can occur despite preventative measures. We have professional pest control performed every quarter as part of our ongoing maintenance and prevention program. We also wish we had been made aware of the issue during your stay. Had you notified us at the time, we would have immediately contacted the property manager to address the situation and arrange for additional cleaning. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work with our cleaning and pest-control teams to maintain the highest standards for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing our efforts to make your visit enjoyable. We’re glad that, overall, you had a great stay and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much! the location is lovely and the condo is very clean and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. Water pressure was a bit low but not a big deal with us. Our host was very informative and responsive

The East Coast has something for everyone. My passions are hiking in the Rain Forest, taking long walks on the beach, reading on the balcony and eating good food. I choose Rio Grande for it's proximity to great golf courses, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, San Juan and many more activities. You can choose to be active or enjoy lounging. Whatever your passion is, you cannot go wrong with Rio Grande!

The Condo is perfectly placed in a secluded beach but close to restaurants and many activities. You can choose to be alone or a short 8 minute drive join the activities of the day by driving down the road to restaurants, bars and shops.
