Convenient Location

This is a comfortable, pet friendly home, in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to NODA and Plaza Midwood. We have stayed twice with no complaints.

Charlotte Maywood Stay

If you are traveling with a pet, this place is fabulous. If you are not traveling with a pet, this place is also fabulous. Great location, fabulous back yard ( with a doggie door). Comfortable bed, we slept like a baby- Living are and kitchen were fun to hang out in. Will definitely stay again!

Great Charlotte stay w/ pets

This place was wonderful. We were in town for the Lovin’ Life Music Festival and the location was perfect for easy access in and out of downtown Charlotte. We brought out dog and cat and both were incredibly comfortable. Our dog loved the sizable back yard. We will be back!

Excellent location and home

This home is perfect for an extended stay in Charlotte. We had to come into town for work for two weeks. We had meetings in Charlotte, Mooresville, Concord, Belmont and Huntersville. The house is perfectly located to get quickly to the expressways. The neighborhood is very family friendly.

Comfortable home, great for pets

It was a nice comfortable home with a great sunroom and backyard for my dog. I wish the backyard was cleaned up and ready to sit and enjoy, but was still fun to play in the yard. Also wish the steps to the carport and backyard had a railing. Overall nice owners, good neighborhood, and as advertised. I would book again.

Great trip, house is wonderful

Started off with a tree limb through the roof in the kitchen but Heidi was on it. Three hours and it was cleaned up and roofed tarped and patched . Communication was great and responsive. House was clean and comfortable and as advertised. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was pleasant and the host communicated well. Aside from a bit of unexpected hair in the shower and bathroom sink upon check-in, the house was clean. Everything we needed was available in the house and the checkout process was smooth. I'd recommend this house to anyone who asked.

Great Stay

Have stayed many times in the CLT area, often with a dog. This home was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood with a great lawn. Fenced in area was perfect for a dog and used the kennel provided which was a nice addition. The sunroom porch area was very enjoyable and loved sitting there for morning coffee. Did have a couple small issues but hosts were responsive and issues were resolved. Would stay here again when in the area with our 4 legged friend.

Home away from home

This sweet place feels like home away from home. It is very convenient to everything and in a safe family friendly neighborhood. My favorite things were sitting in the sunroom in the morning drinking coffee while our pup watched neighbors out walking their dogs. The big fenced backyard is great for dogs! The kitchen is modern, spacious and lovely! The beds are very comfortable! The carport is an added bonus. We enjoyed staying here and will book again. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this sweet home.

A pet friendly space that goes above and beyond

All I kept thinking while visiting was how this property is equivalent to when you go home for the holidays and you don’t have to pack much or worry about what you’ve forgot, cause you know mom’s got it at home. Except it was a VRBO all to yourself. This home is the most pet friendly space i’ve rented, with doggie doors and chuck-it’s right outside the back door. Every cupboard is perfectly stocked with anything you need including all the cleaning supplies or first aid you may need. It felt so incredibly homey in comparison to those fully empty rentals where you always feel like a guest. This house makes you feel home away from home. If I visit Charlotte again I will absolutely be renting this space again. Thank you so much to the wonderful and attentive hosts!

Cozy and Comfortable

We booked this property because it was pet friendly, and I wish we ended up bringing our pups. They would have loved the fenced-in yard and large windows to watch the squirrels from. This is a cozy, well equipped home in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located. Owners are very responsive to any questions, and they don't have a long list of crazy rules! We'd love to stay again when visiting Charlotte.

Family Wedding

We were here for a wedding for the weekend in Charlotte and this house is absolutely amazing! The hosts are fantastic and so kind and answered our question so quickly! We had a little TV issue, and let me tell you the hosts were on it so quickly and efficiently! They truly went out of their way to get the TV issue taken care of!! Heidi and Niccole are just so kind and so wonderful and very helpful! The house has plenty of room and we loved having our morning coffee in the sun room! We took our dogs and the back yard is wonderful and so spacious! Everything you need is right at your finger tips! The wedding venue was close by and there was a great diner right down the street! Just a lovely home and wonderful hosts! Would definitely stay here again! Great stay,and the beds are super comfy! Truly great stay!! Thank you to Niccole and Heidi y'all are amazing!!

What makes this property unique

This house was fully renovated 4-5 years ago before Niccole bought it. This house has so much eye appeal both inside and out. The back yard has a fire pit and a BBQ grill. We are VERY pet friendly because we both love dogs. The back yard is completely fenced in and the doggie door to the back yard allows your dog(s) easy access both in and out to the back yard. We have one large crate, blankets, bowls and a pooper scooper. Bring one or bring five it’s all the same to us!
