Your Adventure! 360° Mountaintop Views / Off-Grid Retreat on 300 Acres
Ultimate Mountain Escape – A One-of-a-Kind Adventure
If you're searching for an unforgettable getaway, this extraordinary property delivers an experience like no other. Nestled deep in the Western Maine Mountains, reaching this retreat is an adventure in itself. A private five-mile driveway winds up to the summit, offering unparalleled privacy, breathtaking views, and total tranquility. (dirt logging type road-4x4/awd vehicles recommended.)
Perched at an elevation of 3,100 feet, the home boasts stunning 360-degree mountain views that words and pictures simply cannot do justice.
Unlike many remote properties, this home is fully modernized while still embracing its rugged surroundings. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light and provide panoramic views from every angle. The spacious, contemporary kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and plenty of prep space, making it easy to cook and entertain while soaking in the scenery.
A True Nature Lover’s Paradise
If adventure is what you seek, this property is the perfect basecamp. Wildlife sightings are common—moose, deer, bears, and coyotes are often spotted right from the house. In the summer, explore nearly 300 private acres, hike nearby Saddleback Mountain, or access the Appalachian Trail for an unforgettable trek. In the winter, this is a snowmobiler’s dream destination, with direct trail access and endless terrain to explore.
Rangeley & Saddleback Mountain – 30-minute drive (Visible from property)
Sugarloaf Mountain – 50-minute drive (visible from the property!)
Multiple golf courses nearby for summer recreation.
Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected (if you choose)
Fitness room for those who want to keep up with their routine, Plenty of ways to get your workout in outside here too!
An Unmatched Experience
There’s nothing quite like sitting by the fire with a great meal and drink, surrounded by miles of untouched wilderness. If you're seeking peace, adventure, and a trip you’ll never forget, this is the place.
Important Winter Access Information:
In the winter, access is exclusively by snowmobile, with direct entry to Maine’s Snowmobile Trail System. For the truly adventurous, snowshoeing is an option—but be prepared for a challenging five-mile trek through pristine wilderness.
Snowmobiles or tracked side-by-sides are required for winter access
Parking available nearby with trail system access
Snowmobiles are not provided, but rentals are available locally
If you’re looking for a standard getaway, this may not be for you. But if you crave adventure, solitude, and breathtaking beauty, this is a trip you’ll cherish forever.
