This brand new fully furnished patio home is ready for you to start enjoying the active lifestyle offered at The Village of Lake Denham. Many miles of beautiful walking and biking trails border hundreds of acres of natural preserve. Take a short golf car ride up to Sawgrass Grove for nightly entertainment or enjoy one of three nearby recreation centers with pools, pickleball, shuffleboard and much more. The Villages is a golfers paradise, ask the host about the many opportunities available.
The space
The spacious open concept in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa includes a breakfast bar, with laundry just off the kitchen. A living room with three recliners and a swivel rocker, a comfortable screened in Lanai with seating for four, a single car garage with room to park a golf cart. Located on a nice corner lot at the end of the street gives a feeling of more open space with some privacy.
