The house includes two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower. The third bedroom serves as a family room, with two spacious recliners. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or on the concrete patio with gas grill, the environment is both relaxing and fun. This peaceful retreat offers proximity to both championship and executive golf, St. Tropez recreation, and more. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our villa!

We are from Kentucky, and plan to retire in the Villages. We saw this property and fell in love, so we decided to buy our house early! Until we are able to be there, we want other people to enjoy the community and our fantastic villa!
