One Bedroom, one bath, large loft (not an office) which has two double beds, two opening skylights, wet bar and refrigerator, nice sitting area and small game or work table.
Lots of available open parking. Only a three inch step at the front door. Full size washer and dryer, full kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has an eat at counter (no separate) dining room. Living room has lots of windows with great lighting with gorgeous views of trees, golf course and nature, not to mention spectacular sunsets. Large wrap around sofa, tile coffee table. 40 inch flat screen smart TV with optimum cable. Stereo and smart speaker. Great in wall AC unit in living room, also living room has a ceiling fan. Staircase to the loft.

Bedroom has a large closet with a queen bed and 32 inch TV. Bathroom has a large vanity and whirlpool tub.
Country Club membership is transferable at your cost and includes use of two swimming pools, hot tub, Bear Paw activities center, internet cafe, gym, many tennis courts, pickleball, 18 hole golf course and driving range. Activity center is family friendly and offers activities for children and mini golf along with a children's pool.
Fantastic restaurant and bar (membership not required).
Flagstaff athletic club is two blocks away. Many forest trails for your hiking, biking, and running pleasure. The condo is in a great quiet location but close to everything Flagstaff has to offer, such as restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the Flagstaff mall.

Living the Dream!

My husband and I rented this condo for 6 weeks. The owners are super nice and helpful. The photos on VRBO doesn't do the condo justice. It is a cute bungalow condo, well decorated. There are two ponds with sidewalks you can do your daily walking or there is hiking next to it. Condo is on the south side of town as you are coming in from Albuquerque. Very close to the downtown area, food and shopping. The location of the condo is great and safe area. Close to interstate. Flagstaff is a super low keyed town. We loved it. Little traffic and no High-Rise buildings. Easy driving to several national parks and Sedona area. Grand Canyon less than 1-1/2 away. Anyway my husband and I were working remote and no real issue with internet. Will definitely return one day.

What a Great Summer!

This little mountain retreat was the perfect place for me and my little Shih Tzu. We spent July and August exploring the Flagstaff area, and this condo was the ideal base for us. The location is superb, and the condo offered us everything we needed. The view, amenities, and comfort was everything I had hoped for, and more. Ted and Nan are very gracious hosts; heck, even the neighbors are great!
