Second story 2-bed, 1-bath apartment directly across the street from the beach with private beach access. Beautiful unobstructed views of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve in the back and Sea Views from the front. Second story deck with picnic table. Large Back yard with grill, fire pit and outdoor seating area. Walking distance to small stores, cafes and the arcade. Easy access for kayaking or canoeing in Wells Harbor for a harbor side view of the Estuarine. Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Please note, this is Unit 2 of 2 units on this property. Both are available for rental. Linens and towels are not provided. Please feel free to bring your own or obtain through the following service:

Had the opportunity for a last minute trip to Wells and was able to book this property for a couple of nights! Cindy and Allen are great and the property is very well kept and the beach access is right across the street.

Great spot for a summertime visit!

This apartment is in a wonderful location, right across the street from the beach via a short walkway. The apartment is as advertised - cozy but very clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Cindy, was quite responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend!

Lovely small apartment above a garage.

The property was very nice and clean. The 2 couches were good sized and very comfortable to sleep on. There were 2 bedrooms. One had a double bed and the second had a single trundle bed that we had trouble pulling out. The bathroom and shower were very small and it could use a toothbrush holder and another hook to hang out wet towels. Our host was very nice and accommodating and I would consider staying here againn

Super convenient location and it was a nice stay. It is a smaller place but that is conveyed in the pictures. We were making a road trip and found this stop off a nice one. The view from the porch is why we stayed there, the pics do not do it justice. There are two large rockers that we sat in and enjoyed the view. The host was the kindest person too. No coffee pot was a bummer and watch your shins on the bed frame in the larger bedroom. Lots of furnishing were brand new. They have done a nice job with it. Thank you.

We loved the location. The space was small but as advertised which is fine but the shower IS SMALL. We loved the deck and seating and the sunsets were amazing. The family renting the house on same property was AWFUL!!! They were loud, obnoxious and dirty. Our stay was perfect if not for them. They were fighting with the neighbor next to us. At one point their kid locked himself in their car and they had to call the police. We’d never want to be near those people again but, that’s the chance you take.

Semaine extraordinaire! Nous avions l’habitude de séjourner sur l’Atlantic Avenue mais le propriétaire a vendu sa propriété. Avec cet appartement, nous retrouvons ce que nous avions et même mieux! L’endroit est impeccable, la cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y a l’air climatisé, l’espace est bien suffisant pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, le balcon offre une vue magnifique, la cour arrière est d’une dimension impressionnante et j’en passe! Cynthia et son conjoint son des hôtes incroyablement attentionnés et sympathiques! Bref, tout était parfait et nous avons déjà hâte à l’année prochaine! Merci pour tout!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of the varied views from just one property. The bird sanctuary has a variety of birds which we enjoy watching. In the sanctuary, we are visited throughout the summer months by a Bald Eagle. See pictures for a peek!

What makes this property unique

This property allows you to enjoy the Beach and all that it offers in front of the home as well as an unobstructed view of the marsh, the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve and Wells Harbor. It is hard to decide which view is more satisfying.

Each night there are Beautiful Sunsets over the Marsh and we see the Sunrise across the street over the ocean every morning!
