Extremely convenient access to Wells Beach is what this vacation spot has to offer. The home is directly across the street from beautiful Wells beach (Two houses down from Public way #2 leading right to the beach). This relaxing vacation spot is fully furnished and features two private bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. A large living area features a queen sized sleep sofa to sleep a total of six in the unit. Large wraparound windows abound in the front living area allowing cool ocean breezes to pass through and the beautiful beach sun to add lots of light. The living area features a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player (for vacation family movies). The house is also equipped with wifi for the kids or business (if you just can't get completely away). A large kitchen area with eat in nook for family meals is very convenient, The kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the eating and cooking utensils you could ever need. The bathroom was completely renovated and features tile floor and a tiled shower with a tub (great for washing up the little ones.) The outside of the unit has as many amenities as the inside. A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent side by side units or upper and lower units. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Right at the beach!!!!

What makes this property unique

My family and I have vacationed in Wells beach for countless summers. We rented over a dozen different properties. All the properties we rented required us to pack all our beach gear in the car, fight the traffic and cross our fingers we would find a parking spot. If we could find a spot, it was often the typical $15/day. Then we would load all our 'beach gear' on our shoulders and make the walk to the beach. At times it was frustrating. Bathroom breaks were always an adventure. When we decided to purchase a home in Wells, we wanted to be right by the ocean. 66 Atlantic Ave has been very convenient. It is two houses down from Public Way #2 (No walking up or down Atlantic Ave to reach the nearest Public Way). Bathroom calls are no longer a problem and anything we forgot to bring with us was just across the street. 66 Atlantic is also extremely close to Wells Beach 'Center.' If you want a newspaper or a snack, the convenience store is right there. If the kids want to go to the arcade, get an ice cream or visit the candy store, they are right there. Great views of all the comings and goings on Atlantic Avenue from sunroom/living room with lots of windows. Right across the street from the Sandy Wells Beach
