Great little cabin! Loved the woods for a little cross country skiing. Nice central location is great for skiing in Brule as well as visiting Cornucopia and Bayfield. Peaceful setting and so nice that it is dog friendly.

The cabin was clean and plenty of supplies to cook with. The beds were mostly comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Quiet and close to the town of Port Wing and Lake Superior. As with many rural areas the internet was spotty.

This property was amazing! It was very private but close to both Port Wing and Iron River. The property was clean and very comfortable and well maintained. The check in and check out process was easy too. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The house even had nice towels, a kitchen with everything you need except your food. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great stay

The place was just as described. The bedrooms were a little bigger than pictured, which was nice. It was well stocked with what we needed for a comfortable stay. For our family wedding the location was perfect.

Perfect retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great landing spot within quick driving distance of so many hiking trails, beaches, and waterfalls that we couldn’t find time to see them all! Also a quick drive to town where you can find anything you might need. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. The yard was a nice place to relax around the fire at night and watch the stars. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

The internet connection was very spotty. Tv in one bedroom had no cable access or internet. They did however have a huge assortment of dvd movies to watch! This was stocked well for cooking essentials. Very quiet in a secluded wooded lot. Great for a quiet getaway. Would come back again.
