Walkable gem! 950 sq ft one bedroom two bath, head to toe renovated beautiful and airy condo in the heart of La Jolla village. Five blocks from the beach with local access. You can walk to so many amazing restaurants nearby, there's a local favorite seafood restaurant right next door!
Two blocks from La Jolla comedy club and three blocks from Vons and CVS. You can just walk everywhere! Not to mention beautiful walk around La Jolla beach coastline and visit the famous seals! So much to do and see right in the area of the condo. You are in the center of it all.

New Kitchen; All brand new kitchen appliances with gas stove and dishwasher. Newly painted unit and all the furniture and bedding are all brand new.
Master bedroom has a king size puffy bed. Super soft and comfortable to sleep in.
The master bedroom has a desk and monitor for your use as office.
Both bathrooms has a spa like renovated shower and newly LED bathroom mirror.
Bedroom has blackout curtains, noise machine and fan for use.
Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen to make your own expresso
Balcony off the bedroom and living room. New comfortable patio furniture to sit and have breakfast or dinner with a view.
