Great Crash Pad

Overall clean with the basic amenities you’d expect. It’s a perfect place to rest up in between activities in Steamboat. I’d say it’s a tight fit for 4 adults, but it’s a good value, especially for Steamboat in the Summertime.

Disappointed

I stayed with my husband and two young boys for two nights. I'm happy it was not longer. I understand condos vary a great deal depending on owners' tastes. We entered to find a subtle odor that did not fade with our stay. We had also planned on cooking dinner in the oven, which was not working. Credit to the management company who had someone at the condo and the oven fixed in under an hour. The fire place did not work for the length of our stay. The bed seemed very old and was very uncomfortable (the headboard hitting the wall with any movement). The bathroom door was old and difficult to close, the shower was tiny, and the rug in the bathroom was gross. Although it was well-cleaned, there are absolutely no updates with the bare minimum provided. We still had a great time in steamboat, but would have preferred a different condo.

Pull out bed sheets were dirty, but they were quick to remedy the issue.

Overall, it was a place to crash for a couple night. Prop Mgt co is easy to get ahold of, and were good about checking in on us.
