Welcome to Marco Island! A tropical paradise within the USA. Our cozy bungalow awaits you and your family. We offer a large heated pool with sit in table, bench and air pressured spa jets nestled in spacious lanai surrounded by beautiful palms and large mango tree. Comfortable outdoor furniture and grill. Wi-fi and smart tv's. We are located in a wonderful neighborhood south end of island with quick access to beach located cross section at Winterberry Dr. and S Collier Blvd. We are walking distance to many attractions and amenities. The Marco Walk Shopping Center is a 5 minute walk and it offers 6 different restaurants, movie theater, ice cream parlor, clothing, jewelry and gift shops, . Convenient 7-11 and mini-putt located 1 block from our house.
King sized bed in master with smart tv and private bathroom also accessible through lanai. Queen sized bed in guest room and 2 bunk beds in children bedroom sleeping up to 5 children. The bedrooms are small but provide good storage and comfortable beds. Leather sofas in living room with large smart tv; dining area overlooks pool with a modern pub height dining table seats 8; well equipped kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counters; large washer and dryer in spacious mud room. Over sized garage equipped with sport toys, bikes and beach accessories.
5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute bike ride to Mackle Park (public access to basketball courts, playground, soccer field, clubhouse with ping pong, billiards, foosball, shuffleboard...) and many restaurants, shops nearby. We had a great time here!

The location was fantastic! We would walk to the beach every morning and come home for lunch and spend the afternoon by the pool. It was located so well. The kids could do what they wanted just by walking. The house was well cared for. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great week! The house was stocked with fun things for us to use...fishing poles, bikes, pool toys, beach wagon and beach toys. We fully enjoyed it! The pool was our favorite part! The lanai allowed us to use the pool without worrying about bugs or debris. It was very clean and well maintained. Our kids had a blast!

Pretty much as described. A little worn and bedrooms are small but beds comfy.

Very close to public beach. Depart through back gate, walk through parking lot, about a block on a sidewalk and cross the street. The entrance to the public beach is next to Mariott. Walk down the trail and you are there. Lots to do close by. Very good restaurants. Great shopping. We found five bikes in the garage and all in good order. House is a little warm. Cozy. Small rooms but beds are large. Two bathrooms and one small tub. We had an ant and palmetto bug problem and used sprays from garage. Owner was quick to reply. Simple home pretty much as stated in write-up. Beach is beautiful. Tons of shells.

Note for future guests: The house gets routine pest control treatments but it is not uncommon to sight bugs on occasion. The best prevention is for guests to clean up food spills and leave doors/windows closed.

Wonderful getaway

This was our second time staying at this property in Marco Island. Maria was attentive and extremely accommodating, and the property was wonderfully stocked and maintained. It's located within walking distance of the beach and some dining and shopping, which was very convenient for our family of 4 children. We visit Marco every summer, and plan on staying here again! If you are looking for a secure, stocked, greatly located house in the beautiful Marco Island, this house is a perfect fit.

Great location and perfect property

Took my family down to Marco Island, FL for the first time in June. This property was a perfect location and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor TV were nice when we needed some time at home. Owners were super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family.....kitchen is fully stocked, pool with lanai was great fun for the kids, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, sand buckets, shovels, coolers, and cart to bring to the beach. Linens were plentiful as well. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

Great place! Exactly as advertised.

I had a convention to attend at a nearby resort, but the hotel cost was exorbitant. This house was an excellent alternative and allowed me to bring my family and a coworker. We had a great time. The swimming pool was nice, the home was clean and well-maintained, and it seems everything we needed was right there. We would recommend Pinchers restaurant, and the Snook Inn (family seafood) located down the main drag. A good value —and the owner Maria was very friendly in handling a few small questions I had. Nothing is cheap on Marco Island, but in this case it seems everything was reasonable and we got what we paid for. Thank you to the Fraser family.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our kids (5 & 2) just loved the pool and said it was their favorite part of the trip. Location was great as it is close to everything and within walking distance to 2 main things: the beach and an ice cream shop! We loved having access to all the beach supplies (especially the beach cart) and the house was well stocked with essential items. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location on Marco Island

My wife and I stayed at this location on Marco Island Jan 7-21 and loved how close it was to shopping, south beach and places to eat. The pool was clean and nice size to enjoy the water (except when the cold weather hit southwest Florida). Overall, the home was very comfortable and came with pool and beach toys, etc. Also had bikes to ride! Mike

Fantastic Property! Everything last detail was perfectly thought through.

The house was perfect, not too big, not too small. The pool was amazing and warm, perfect place to go to after a day at the beach. The distance to the beach was truly only a 5 min walk, even with little children it was great (if you can, bring some scooters, the kids had a blast riding them to the beach boardwalk everyday). Great restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't ask for more!

Awesome vacation

What makes this property unique

Large mango tree in our backyard provides us with privacy and delicious mangoes from July-August. We also enjoy coconuts, oranges and bananas that grow seasonally in our yard. Burrowing owls and cardinals often visit our property.
