Property was fine for what we were looking for (couple nights before a cruise). Bedrooms and living space clean, kitchen needs some attention. Sink in one bathroom was ridiculously small (like airplane small) and no additional shelving or cabinet to lay anything on or in. Location was fine, laundry in site was convenient.

Close to shopping. Everything we needed for a short stay. Property has some maintenance items that needed attention (patio door didn't lock and furniture shows wear). Looks like they have done some updates as it is modern as shown in the pics. Neighbor had loud music one night until 2 am.

Totally met our needs

Sailboat bend was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. The beds were very comfy. Short walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Convenient to get to from airport and train station. Not far from cruise pier too.

Spacious property in a great location!

I stayed there with friends, and we were able to walk right to the Riverwalk. There was a nice open floor plan and a private patio. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. The outdoor setting was very tropical. Enjoyed the stay!

This was a fine place for one night, but I would not stay here for an extended amount of time. Parking was very tight. Walking to the unit was very tight. The walls were very thin- could hear everything. It was clean. Towels were very small and thin. The bed was comfortable but not the best ever. This place did the job. Fine place to stay before our cruise.
