This stay is in the most perfect location! The room was as expected, using the trolly was very convenient for the beach, parking was easy, and it’s within walkable distance to everything! The room was a bit humid so our bathing suits wouldn’t dry over night and our clothes felt damp, but other than that, it was great! I’d stay here again.

We liked the location and access to stores, restaurants and ice cream. The beach access was pretty good with the tram service. The only issue we had was arriving at 7 pm on a Saturday night and not being able to find parking.

This was my second stay at this fantastic unit. It's perfect for 1-2 people. The unit is spotless and the bed and pillows were comfy - something that's not always guaranteed! I had an issue with the tv which they resolved quickly and even sent over a complimentary bottle of wine for the trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was perfect for a five-night stay. Well-appointed, excellent communications with the owner, and it is in a perfect location. Highly recommend this unit and the owner.

Very nice decorated, clean and cozy place. Easy to get into, host have very good detail instructions of place and area. Near the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work and there is no ventilation, not good specially since the bathroom is near the bed/ common area. Overall we like the place and would recommend.

Great Pace - Highly Recommended

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Detailed instructions were sent ahead of time, and all communication was thorough. There was actually no need for me to have to contact property management nor the owner during my stay. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Well decorated room with basic amenities ( sheets, towels, detergent, couple Keurig pods, shower items). It felt very tight and lacked functionality ( no table or working desk) as it is set up to sleep 4 ppl in 350sf ( sofa sleeper and only 1 QUEEN not a KING bed). It was difficult to open two 24” suitcases. Small closet. Windows did not open, one leading out to main road, the other one to a public hallway. We felt cramped and appreciated the great FL climate the 2 days we stayed. David was very responsive and we wished we had received full check-in info without inquiring the day of arrival as well as all info reg included amenities ( pool access code, access to Rosemary beach yes/ no). We received check-out instructions/ rules and policies promptly. No exceptions for early check-in/out (4pm/10am). Keep this in mind as there is flexibility or luggage storage option for early arrival/ late departure flights.
