Lovely location with lots of places in the Gulch to eat/shop and still walking distance to Broadway! Instructions were well communicated for arrival and departure! Didn’t bother us but be prepared for foot traffic, car, and train noise!!

Great place in the Gulch near Broadway but far enough to escape the lunatics. Great property and well cared for. Stayed with my brother-sister in laws. Nice layout and perfect for a few days in Nashville. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! Just a short walk to downtown and located in a very nice, quiet area. There are some nice restaurants and shops right outside the building. Very clean and the check in and checkout instructions were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking for the second car was pricey. I know it’s a regular apartment complex, but a cart of some kind in the apartment would have been nice for all of your stuff since it’s a pretty good hike to the apartment. Overall very nice, but also we saw the automatic wine bottle opener, but no wine glasses??
