You will have the entire house ( excluding garage) and pool to yourself. HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and VRBO
- Take trashbin to curbside on collection day ( Mon)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via lock key. which can be found facing the door. The code will be sent before 12:00 PM on check-in day
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Follow check out Instructions from BNB cleaning crew
1. Avoid stripping the beds
2. Remove all perishable items and Take out the trash
- Trash (gray bin) located on the right side of the home.
- Trash pick up is Monday. If this falls during your stay please pull the bins to the curb the night before and place them back on the side of the house after pickup.
3. Empty the refrigerator and tossing opened food items.
4. Clean dirty dishes or load the dishwasher if there is enough load (Starting the dishwasher is not necessary )
5. Gather all towels near the laundry room
-Turn off all lights, electronics, and logout of any personal accounts (youtube/netflix etc)
-Close and lock all windows and doors
- Place key back into the lockbox, and scramble the code
- Don’t forget to share the experience during your stay with other guests by writing in our Guest Booklet.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The backyard pool is cleaned every Thursday. Please be aware that the service provider may arrive during your stay. The pool is NOT heated.
- The water level in the pool must be even with or at the bottom of the brown tiles around the pool. If you notice the pool level low please use the hose to fill to the bottom of the brown tiles
-Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the front of the home, facing the front outdoor entry and the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion
