Private walkout house, with private entrance! very spacious, clean and modern place to relax in a convenient area close to shopping center, restaurants, supermarket, fast food, banks and more! Has three private bedrooms with lock doors, private bathroom, spacious two living room, kitchen with microwave, toaster, refrigerator and lots of amenities! We are only 20 min drive to the airport and 25 min to downtown and only 10 min walk to shopping center!

A convenient location to Denver

The house was clean and tidy, rooms were great, the appliances worked well and were everything we needed including the washer and dryer. It was also very central to Denver and the surrounding neighborhoods. The downside to the stay was the lack of instructions about how to leave the property. I had to message the owner the day before as no check in instructions were given. There were also no check out instructions. The listing said “entire house” but there was somebody staying in the basement and they would walk into it from the backyard which honestly freaked out my family knowing someone was inside the house while we were staying. This was never communicated to us. This listing also mentions a jacuzzi and there is not one on the property. The neighborhood was loud and neighbors at times were revving engines and playing very loud music. (I know this isn’t the owners fault just throwing it in there for future visitors). It worked for what we needed for our trip but I do think the owners have some fine tuning to do for future stays.
