Tranquil 3 Bed 2 Bath Pool Home Mins to the Beach

We have new protocols which we must follow due to covid-19. Please read them below before booking.
- We are now required to have a record of every guest’s legal name and where they are from, for contact tracing purposes.
-The maximum number of guests is 6
- No unregistered guests can be at the property (inside or outside) at any time.
- Any reservation violating local covid-19 guidelines such as gatherings and parties will be immediately canceled without a refund.

We are legally obligated to abide by these rules as per state laws until further notice.

Beautiful and renovated 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located an 8-10 minute drive to Hollywood beach. Parking for 3 cars maximum.

The house has:
- Open living, dining kitchen area with a 65" smart TV in the living room
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and a 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV
- Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a 32" smart TV
- Backyard with BBQ, seating, dining and pool
- Laundry closet with ironing board and iron in office
- Small office space
- 2 Full bathrooms (both with shower)
- Piano

Absolutely no parties or drugs on the property. Absolutely no smoking inside the property.

This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

The amenities were in good condition. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stacked. We were visiting with another adult couple for 4 days. The things we encountered would be easy fixes for the property mgt company/or owner. Doors were squeaking, need WD40, one shower was calcified, easy fix, pool tech walked onto the property without notice - home has no blinds, outdoor seating group was old and not usable. This is easy stuff and should not happen for the price we paid. Host interaction was good at first, then we did not get a response. Location is convenient.
