perfect stay

Great house

My family and I has a wonderful stay at this house. The house is super clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need. We spent a lot of time in the pool !Basketball hoop was a lot of fun. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and shopping. Would highly recommend. We hope to be back soon.

Naples Retreat!!

The house was wonderful… as advertised. Clean and comfortable living spaces both inside and outside. The pool, hot tub and putting green were a hit with my 2 grandchildren. The location was great .. lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and it was centrally located ..close to everything. Would highly recommend This house !!

Adequate Stay

The property was adequate for our needs. Seemed overpriced for the quality of the property. The pool was great! Heated with plenty of room and awesome hot tub. However, all pool toys/floaties were broken. No putter for the putting green. Neighborhood did not fit the property as listed. Bathtub/shower was clogged and backed up. Rugs and furniture were very dirty. Would not stay at this location again.

Thank you for the review, Mary. We're sorry you feel the property was not up to your standards. I wish you would have contacted me directly as instructed when I delivered your arrival procedures to you via cell. I would have had your issues rectified right away. Pool floaties and toys and the putter have been replaced. The shower was a very easy fix, and I could have taken care of that right away for you as well. All furniture has been cleaned, as we do in all our properties every several months. This home has a high turnover and is rented quite often, so yes it does take some abuse, especially during high season. As far as the property not fitting the neighborhood? We're not exactly sure what you mean. This is a very desirable, safe, family-friendly neighborhood with tons of vacation rentals because of the location being right on the beach. This is a safe area, and we hope you will give us a chance to host you again at one of our many properties we have available in Naples Park. Overall, I'm glad you had a good time.
