However, I'm sorry to hear that the kitchen supplies didn't meet your expectations, and I appreciate you pointing out the areas for improvement. I completely understand how important a well-equipped kitchen is, especially when staying in a condo that accommodates more than two people. Your comments about the lack of basic kitchen utensils, coffee cups, and a blender are valuable feedback for us. We're currently reviewing our kitchen inventory to ensure that future guests have all the essentials they need. We'll make sure to add these items as soon as possible, so our kitchen is better equipped for couples and families alike. Regarding the washer and dryer, we know this is an important amenity for many guests. While we don't have units in every condo, we do offer a pay laundromat in the lobby, and we appreciate your reminder to inform guests about this option.
