► 2 story luxury townhouse style condo with main floor living, kitchen and dining plus access from the living room to the wonderful rear deck and private patio area.

► Main floor also features one bedroom with queen bed, laundry and half bath.

► Second floor offers king bedroom with walk in closet, full hall bath, and enormous double bedroom suite with two queen beds and luxury bath featuring shower and large tub.





Guest Access



►Guests have access to the entire main level and 2nd floor of the condo, as well as the outdoor spaces.

►The basement/garage level of the condo is off limits to guests.

►A unique code will be generated for guests to access the home via the smart lock on the side door.

I rented this house with a group of 7 friends for the weekend. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely rent the house again if I am ever back in Milwaukee.

Great location!

Location was very cool - right next to Brady Street. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was spacious - the upstairs bedroom with the two beds was huge! We went for a girls trip and had a nice time. Thanks for having us!

More Than We Could've Asked For!

What a great stay at this property. The house was even bigger and better than the photos suggested. The location was great - on a quiet street but with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, etc. The beds were comfortable (important for us!) and everything in the house felt as if it was brand new. The host was wonderful and helped us with every request.We had a great time in Milwaukee and I'm so glad we booked this place for our stay! I highly recommend it.

Perfect Location

Brady Street was an awesome property in a fantastic location. Adam and Lauren were available and responsive if we needed anything but the stay was very easy (check-in, check-out, etc.) and comfortable. We were able to walk almost everywhere and there was enough seating in the house so we could hang out there too. I would absolutely stay again.

30th Bday party

House was clean and just what we needed. The outside sitting areas could some more TLC for cleanliness like removing cobwebs and such. The house is a block or so off one of the many party streets so you hear some of the noise and sirens from there. The neighbors also partied pretty hard both nights over the weekend so some of rooms could really hear them. Also, the house is 2.5 baths not 3. There showers and tubs are upsatirs, so the people in the downstairs bedroom has to go up for shower. We might have overlooked that memo when booking.
