You'll love our fully enclosed outdoor pool that offers privacy and tranquility, while the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the lush greenery.

Villa The Rocks is a perfect place to unwind and relax, with plenty of entertainment amenities at your disposal.

The pool dirty water not hot water for two days

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to provide some context for future guests. During your stay, there was an unexpected issue with the water heater. As soon as we were notified, it was replaced within 24 hours, ensuring that the home was fully functional for the remainder of your stay. Unfortunately, appliances can sometimes fail unexpectedly, and we rely on guests to report any issues promptly so they can be addressed immediately. Regarding the pool, there were no reports of any problems during your stay, and our records show that the pool was fully operational. We believe it is important for future guests to know that the pool was never affected, and any reference to it in this review is inaccurate. We take all maintenance issues seriously and strive to resolve them as quickly as possible to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
