3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Updated Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

Three bedroom ranch home located on a quiet dead end street Near Beaches, Downtown Main Street (shoppers paradise) and Hyannis Harbor.

Master bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with its own private updated full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen Size Bed. ALL LINENS PROVIDED. Kitchen has seating for 6 with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, dish washer, dishes/utensils provided. Washer and dryer. Home also has a nice big deck with table and chairs, gas grill, central air conditioning, fans, WiFi and cable tv.

We provide: Dish Soap, Hand Soap, a toilet paper in each bathroom and a paper towel in the kitchen.
We don’t provide: Body Soap, Shampoo or Conditioner.

Located:

- Approximately 3/10 of a mile (7 minute walk) to Keyes Beach where you can look for sea shells, wild life, relax and catch some rays on the sand, throw the frisbee or go for a nice swim.
**~** We include a Wagon with Cooler, Beach Toys and Beach Towels **~**

- 1 mile (15 minute walk) to Downtown Main Street where you can go shopping, go on the carousel, eat at a verity of restaurants and at the end of the night grab one of your favorite ice creams.

- 1 mile to Kalamus (sells food to) and Veterans Beaches where you can see the Kennedy Memorial.

- 1.5 miles to Hyannis Harbor where you can see the boats come in with there fresh catch. Many Restaurants to eat at. get the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Deep Sea Fishing and Whale Watching.

Great way to see Cape Cod

This house was immaculate and so comfortable. The location was convenient and made our day trips very easy. Mark was very helpful and available as a host. Highly recommend it for couples or family.

Good Get Away

Nice home that was good get away for two couples. It was a short drive to ferry harbor, or Main Street, so location was fine. The house is a bit small, but offers everything you need.

Hyannis family rental

Beautiful location for a beautiful trip

For our first trip to the area, we had a great time. Very clean & well-appointed house. With 2 adults, a 4-yr old and a 2-yr old, the house was in a great location to access all the fun of Hyannis. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Had great central location to the ferries, the Main St shops & restaurants, and other Hyannis activities. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice property, exceptionally clean

This is a great small property on Hyannis near the marina and near main street. It's on a very private quiet street. While we never made it to the beach due to bad weather, it was very close. House perfect for small family and was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. If we ever go to the Cape again we would stay here.

Nice location with easy access to beaches and downtown Hyannis. Central air was down but replaced with wall units which was adequate. Could use a few more vacation friendly items...e.g. lobster pot. Also would be nice to have an outside shower for kids returning from the beach. Owners responsive to questions and requests.

Fantastic location!

The house was clean, in good shape, had everything we needed (including a beach pass & central A/C!)- and wow, what a great location! Being able to walk or bike to Keyes Beach and Main Street Hyannis was such a treat. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. Even though there are other homes around, the trees give ample privacy. It was fun checking out the local beaches, Cape Cod Rail Trail, mini golf, and getting lots of take out. :)

Home and location were great! I personally wasn’t use to staying in a home without kitchen stables (coffee, spices, condiments, etc) so we had to go buy some things…which was fine!!!! But good to know for packing reasons.

Fantastic stay!

This was about as perfect a stay as we could have hoped for. The owners (Mark and Bridgit) were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed and the instructions on where to find everything were very clear! This place is located right down the street from the Keyes beach and a short distance from many more great kid friendly beaches. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mark!

Property is in tip top shape. Located a short drive away from the Main St. business area. Also only about 5-10 minute drive from the harbor where the party boat Helen H is docked.(If you're a fluke fisherman you have to try the Nantucket Shoals trip) Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans.

The property was wonderful! Had everything you need for a great vacation!

The house is great. Clean, with central ac and all kitchenware, linens, etc. Makes packing much easier. While there is no outdoor shower, the master shower was big with great water pressure. The location to Keyes Beach was key. A short walk made easier by the wagon and cooler provided by the owners. Longer walk to town, but well worth it for busy downtown. Marina, Korean War Memorial, and JFK Memorial are bikeable. Quiet street with room for kids to safely bike. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Cape Cod

Great experience all around at Mark & Brigit's rental property. The house is in a great location close to the beach and an easy walk to Main Street. It's at the end of a dead end street making it a very quiet area, which we enjoyed especially with small children. The house comes as advertised and is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a quality rental. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The patio in the back is great after a long day of exploring the Cape. Owners were very responsive to our questions and checking in/out was a breeze. We would certainly stay here again.
