This is a nice little rustic spot that is great if you are exploring the Rifle area. The little personal touches were nice and made me smile when checking in. It is very close to restaurants and the downtown Rifle area, and a short drive to outdoor recreation, including Rifle Falls.

My wife and I chose to stay here for our anniversary. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here. Loved the personal touch the owners left for us, the sign was a great surprise! Recommend going to Rifle Falls State Park, just a short drive from here.

Rifle Stay

Clean and quiet place with the accommodations I needed. Friendly and quick communications thru VRBO. 2 min. drive to restaurants, etc. Will stay again when I'm back out in Rifle.

Hot tub broken, I asked about accessibility prior to booking. I also asked about the dog space. As soon as we arrived there, a man comes out to let us know that they are aware people are booking because of the hot tub but they don’t actually have a working hot tub. The yard is covered in dog poop a mess everywhere. The floor unstable. The inside was very filthy as if it was not cleaned prior to us. Ants. Dead ants on the pillows. Salt all over the table, spills on the walls. They had the dogs out so the dog area was also misleading. No cold water in the shower. Extremely small fridge. The room was smelly when we got there like smoke and bo. Very disappointed. Advertisement was misleading and price was overpriced for the cleanliness and safety. Amenities not as promised.

The hot tub was working prior to your arrival, but sometimes hot tubs break down. Just because you are upset about that happening doesnt mean you should lie about our entire place. I believe guests can read our other reviews and realize there's no truth in what you say. I'm sorry for your disappointment in the hot tub, I really am.
