A very comfortable room in a great neighborhood. I really appreciated that the house was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies (coffee, spices) for cooking making our stay more comfortable. Will book again when I need a place in Dallas.

Everything was great. The location, the property itself was fine. Only grip its advertised as having covered parking. Not true this is a duplex not sure that is mentioned in the listing. No issues with the next door tenant but there is one driveway and one covered garage. The next door tenant parks their vehicle on one side and their workout gym is on the other. We arrived late next door tenant had to come out move their truck then said dont block the driveway I workout in the mornings. Thought that was just ridiculous. We had to street park the following 2 days.

I didn't see the outside of the house before we got there so was a little surprized. But don't let the outside change your mind. The inside was as nice as the pictures show and the neighborhood was very pretty with many people out walking there dogs. Pretty houses in the neighborhood and a great coffee shop right next door. Very easy to walk to other areas of Uptown and to the Katy Trail. We really enjoyed our stay there. The host was also very easy to communicate with.

The space was as pictured. It had every amenity we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. The parking spot in back always a little tight for our large SUV but we were able to find street parking in the front after the first night. The host left a notebook with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and also offered to answer any questions. It was a great stay.
