The first floor has a fully appointed kitchen, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of room on the queen sleeper sofa. Large sliding glass doors in the living room give great views of the sugar-white sands and turquoise water of the best beaches that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The second floor has a King-size bed in the main bedroom overlooking the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom with a king bed and twin Murphy bed, as well as a private balcony, Seacrest Townhomes are conveniently located along County Highway 30A, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Within walking or biking distance to charming shopping centers and eateries, you and your family can lounge on the gorgeous white sandy beaches during the day, and enjoy the nightlife and shopping in the evening, you'll never want to leave!

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 30 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
