Conveniently situated within walking distance of downtown shops and dining, this centrally located condo also offers prime access to year-round Colorado adventure. The Riverfront Express Gondola is just a short stroll from home and the Eagle Valley Trail can be picked up right from the complex property.

The perfect all-season home base comes fully furnished for complete convenience. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for all your mealtime needs. The living room offers a place to relax after the day's activities, with a smart TV offering cozy comfort and entertainment. The private deck will be calling you to morning coffee or aprés-skis. It also includes a gas grill for alpine barbecues. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Great Find!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was conveniently located to the Bear Lot for ski access. Walkable to Nottingham Park and located right on the bike path. Super cute place and had everything we needed for a family of four. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great for Skiers

Stayed here with a friend to ski Beaver Creek and Vail. Worked out great for us. Would be a good size space for two couples as well. Everything was clean. Well stocked kitchen (we cooked every night). There is a large lockable closet outside the unit for storing ski equipment. Unit was a little to far to walk to BC riverfront gondola in my opinion but we had not planned to do this anyway. We just parked at the mountain(s) which worked out great. It was also nice having a designated parking spot at the rental unit. We ran into one small issue with the propane gas for the grill being empty. I just texted the phone number provided at check in and a new tank was delivered/installed the next day. Lots of coat hangers near the entry door was nice for drying ski equipment, especially since the heater was right below them on the floor. FYI unit is not on the ground floor so you need to walk up some steps to get to the door. Not an issue for us.

Host was prompt and welcoming. Short walking distance to the blue line bus stop. Two stops to the gondola. Spent the day at the mountain and the evenings eating out. The VRBO was appropriate for the cost and our need. Had fans in the closet and extra blankets available. It was nice that some routine kitchen supplies were available although we did not use any of them.
