Cuatrovientos is a brand new development located along the Cabo Corridor, less than five minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Offering both a great location and unobstructed ocean views, the development is perfect for everyone. Less than a mile from the beach and restaurants within walking distance, Cuatrovientos is not only convenient, it is also affordable.

This beautifully lit two bedroom and two and half bathroom condo has all the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. There is a large pool and jacuzzi in the common area along with seating and private cabanas to enjoy the Cabo sun.

This unit is private therefore you are renting the entire space. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your personal concierge who give you the keys to the unit. You have one free parking space on site that is marked by your unit number.

Cuatrovientos is a brand new development, therefore there is ongoing construction on site. Construction usually begins around 8am and goes until 5pm to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. This is why the price of the unit is currently under market value.

Whale watching with morning coffee....

The property was great. Located just minutes from downtown but removed from all the downtown traffic. Several restaurants, grocery stores and Costco close by. The property is gated and has a security guard that monitors the front entry. Very safe feeling! Whale watching in the morning from the front balcony was amazing! The host met us onsite upon our arrival and showed us around. Great communication and friendly. Would definitely stay again!
