Ample seating is available around the oversized granite kitchen island and adjacent dining room. Living room includes sofa with chaise, swivel recliner and 50" Smart TV. Patio sliders open to a screened-in patio with vinyl windows for added privacy and beautiful intercoastal waterway views.
Bay Mariner community offers heated pool & spa with loungers, table & chairs, exercise room, shuffleboard and steam rooms. Beach access is just across the street, and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. Coin operated laundry room on each floor of the building and just steps away from condo.
