This quintessential cottage, renovated to a charming lakefront home, boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 half baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, large deck with covered outside eating area, gas fire pit table, gas grill and plenty of parking. Ideally located to use as your base for your favorite activities or to kick back and relax. Sit on the lakefront deck and enjoy sun-drenched afternoons, watch spectacular sunsets and star gazing evenings. Great walking, running, biking area. Downtown Meredith provides just about anything you need, groceries, shopping, movie theater, library, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and more.
Treat yourself to one of the areas day spas for a massage, sauna, float or one of many other spa treatments.
The lakes region restaurant scene is outstanding. Some of our favorites include Gusto, Lakehouse Grille, Canoe, Fratello's, Breeze by the Bay, O Steak and Seafood, Lago, Giuseppi's, Camp, the list just keeps going. Treat yourself to a great meal or just sit back with your favorite beverage and enjoy! Wine lover? Try Hermit Woods Winery and Eatery or venture out to several others within a short drive. The Perfect Lake House!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay, your search is over! This is a fabulous home with incredible views. The owners have thought of everything, right down to the last detail, to make your stay the best. The shower in the master bath is off the charts and the beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable! The location to food and shopping is convenient as well. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

Catching our breath at the lake

The owners thought of everything at this gorgeous lakefront property. We were able to arrive and just relax all weekend, because this house had everything we needed - from bottles of water in the fridge and a fully stocked kitchen, to very comfortable and plentiful bedding, towels and blankets. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owners and look forward to returning for another relaxing getaway.

Winter ice fishing trip

We stayed here for the big fishing derby and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and very well kept. Had plenty of space for everyone to sleep 6 comfortably. I absolutely lived the master bedroom with bathroom the heated bathroom floors I have to say were a great touch. We had a bit of snow while on our stay and they had someone plow and shovel so that was a huge bonus. There communication was definitely on point. I can’t wait to plan my next trip

Absolute Perfection

I stayed here with a group of three other girls friends for a little girls weekend away. It will be hard to put into words just how perfect this house and neighborhood are- but let me give it a try. First off, the pictures truly don’t do this property justice! It is absolutely stunning. Not a detail was missed in the “rustic chic” style of this cabin. The master bedroom/bathroom were my favorite. The shower was amazing with multiple shower heads and the fireplace in the bedroom was a great touch. Now for the outside- GORGEOUS! Not only is this property lake front, but the huge deck and floating dock allow multiple entertaining spaces. Coffee on the dock in the morning and then wine on the deck at night became our routine. Meredith is all of our favorite part of the lake and this house is located in a beautiful, peaceful inlet of Meredith- about 5 minutes from downtown. We were close enough to everything and never had to drive longer than 15 minutes throughout the weekend. The owners have a lovely booklet with intrusions for everything from the fireplace down to where to put the trash which was very helpful. This was our favorite stay out of all of the places we’ve stayed (this is our 8th annual girls trip) and we hope to stay again this summer. If you’re on the fence about where to book- you will not be disappointed here! Thanks so much for letting us rent your beautiful home. .

We grew up coming to Lake Winnipesaukee with our parents and grandparents. The days that we spent on the lake are still some of our fondest memories. We have owned at the lake for 18 years now and have made so many more great memories. Our children have grow up here and the lake has become a huge part of their lives. Now we have chosen to open our home to others. We would love for you to enjoy our home and everything Lake Winni, Meredith and the lakes region has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. The Sachem Cove area is a great spot for all kinds of four season activities. We enjoy walking the waterfront area and hiking the Page Pond Conservation trails. The proximity to downtown Meredith puts everything within reach. Ski mountains and other winter activities are an easy drive. Our homes southwestern exposure is great for sitting waterfront soaking up the sun and enjoying gorgeous sunsets.



What makes this property unique

We are constantly improving our home. Recent addition and renovation to the Master Bedroom and bath, laundry room bath and freshening of bedrooms and main living area make our home comfortable and homey. We have taken care to be thoughtful in our renovations, maintaining the lakehouse feel while adding modern amenities for comfort and enjoyment. From a heated bathroom floor to body jets in the shower to the remote controlled gas fireplace make the lake view Master Bedroom a true sanctuary. Privacy coupled with convenience make this a must stay property.
