Great Place!

My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much. Very close to downtown and all the main attractions. The fenced in backyard was a plus for our fur babies. Extremely clean!!

We stayed here for a family “meetup” 1/2 for each of us. We had 5 adults including my elderly grandmother and 5 children under 10. This home was perfect for us and with a huge fenced yard for the kids to play and plenty of room to lay the babies down for naps in different bedrooms. We will definitely book again!

Three weeks in Cleveland Park

We had a great 20 days in East Nashville. The house was decorated great, we loved the location, and the layout. The kitchen should be inventoried and the house was missing a few essential items that we had to purchase for ourselves. Not a huge deal, but the communication throughout the process could improve (washer replacement and delivery, and limb work both being done during the middle of the work day without notice). We likely would be back as the stay was good overall.

Almost perfect

Good location, close to some great restaurants and not too far from downtown. Very clean with plenty of room for my family of five. Large fenced in backyard perfect for fur babies. Theater room's sofa beds were big enough for the whole family to sit together to enjoy a movie but uncomfortable to sleep on (kept separating). So, not useful as a third bedroom. Kitchen fully furnished but needs potholders and measuring cups. Overall, a great place to stay and was able to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family.

If it wasn’t for the property management company we would not have stayed here. Outside was never cleaned, BBQ needs to be replaced and cleaned and was left if horrible condition. Back gate had been broken and garbage and cigarette butts and dog poop all over. House was tidy but not clean spiders and webs in bathroom, dishes in cupboard where not clean. No dish clothes or teas towels had to have someone bring me those the next day. If you are there to party then this is a great house but not for working from for a week. Jacob from extraordinary hosts was amazing and the only reason we stayed .
