Apartamento com boa estrutura e boa localização, porém os chuveiros precisam ser substituídos, tinha um que estava desmontando, e um outro que o eletricista verificou, não estava funcionando, disse que iria voltar e nem apareceu, ficamos com um chuveiro a menos em toda hospedagem.

Minha família e eu adoramos a estadia! Localização perfeita, perto de tudo, 3 minutos da feirinha e 5 minutos da praia do forte, a pé! Comércios em geral ao redor! Apartamento em excelente estado, a única ressalva é o Wi-Fi que cai bastante. Mas de resto, tudo perfeito!

Estivemos por 10 dias no apto (5 adultos, 2 adolescentes e 1 criança) e só elogios. A começar pela localização, que dá pra fazer tudo a pé (a 1 quarteirão da praia, perto da feirinha, todo tipo de comércio no entorno). Seguro com portões eletrônicos, porteiro, elevador, garagem coberta, circuito de vigilância visível pela TV do próprio apartamento. Imóvel amplo com tudo, desde utensílios de cozinha novos até TV com Internet. A varanda é enorme e dá pra ver parte da praia. Total atenção dos proprietários do imóvel (jussara e Guedes) qto do Fabiano (que nos recepcionou). Enfim, recomendo a todos e com certeza voltaremos novamente.

Só tenho uma sugestão em relação ao wifi, pelo apartamento ser muito grande o sinal não pega nele todo, sugiro colocar um modem com mais antenas ou um repetidor de sinal. O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos.Perto de todo comércio,da praia do forte. A única dica que dou ao proprietário é colocar tela de proteção na varanda por causa das crianças. No mais tudo perfeito. Atendimento da Jussara e Getúlio muito bom. Tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas e o Fabiano administrador sempre pronto a nós ajuda. Amamos e voltaremos em breve
