Wonderful Stay

This is our go to spot when visiting Tampa…third time staying in this unit and we absolutely love it!!! Great place to stay, great location, and great host. I highly recommend it.

Very quiet and easy to find

Clean inside property and outside Pool was a great place to relax. Lovey apartment. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but we were in for Kenney Chesney concert.

Weekend stay

This apartment was very nice and exceeded our expectations. We had a technical difficulties when checking in but the manager quickly responded and took care of the issue. The only major issue is parking, we had trouble finding a spot one night and had to park nearly to the other side of the lot, this is the only reason I rated it 4 star and not 5.

Wonderful stay in a cozy and lovely place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying this property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The place was lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I felt like I was staying at my own house. It had all the kitchen necessities, all supplies were there, 2 smart TVs and more.Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom apartment. What we liked: Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of closet space, nice scenic balcony, wonderful pool, and plenty of green space for dog walking.What could be better: Needed new shower liners, skillets need replacing, furniture and rugs are a little worn, shower water pressure was a little low, and a TV in the living room would be nice to have. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would stay again.
