The Bunker House

Summary:

Relax in this cozy three-bedroom, modern home, with a pickle ball court and basketball hoop, located conveniently next to the Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course. Enjoy the conveniences of our championship golf course, two on-site restaurants, and just a short drive from Sequim's lavender farms, the Dungeness Spit & Lighthouse, and Olympic National Park.



This home has serene views and a beautiful patio space—perfect for hosting and entertaining guests.



The Space:

The Bunker House sits right on the driving range of the Cedars at Dungeness golf course and is uniquely decorated with Jamestown S'Klallam Art from around Sequim. You will love the serene environment of the golf course and the privacy that each room provides our guests. With TV's in all main spaces you can utilize your logins for many streaming services.



In additional to our rental house, we have 2 RV Hook-Ups with Water and Electric and an EV Charger. Please contact for inquires.



Guest Access:

Feel free to relax on patio chairs up front or outback on the patio.



Gas grill, gas fireplace, and the sport court are open for the guests along with full use of the washer and dryer. The 2 car garage is NOT available for use for our guests for their vehicles.



We private rent out the back garage for golf cart storage, so please do not be alarmed if you see people accessing this, while leaving their car tucked away.



The Neighborhood:

Sequim is a beautiful town with amazing mountain views and water views depending on where you are adventuring to. The Bunker House neighborhood is can tend to be busy, but also fun and friendly! There are many local attractions within 10 minutes as well as some further out if you enjoy the lake, ocean, or mountains.



Getting Around:

Utilize the Seven Cedars shuttle from the Golf Course to get to the Casino!

Nice upscale property

The property was roomy and had nice extra touches that added to our enjoyment. The games and speakers and comfort was appreciated. We had a good time playing pickleball and cornhole and golf and hiked the dungeness spit. Great time in Sequim.

Great for easy access to the Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course

The house is very conveniently located to get to the golf course in minutes. We were there for a tournament, so we had limited time to enjoy the amazing outdoor space and sport court at the house, but overall it’s a very nice set up.

Very clean, well set up

We were a 3 generation group - stayed two night. We love how clean and well set-up the home was. Lots of light, all the neccessary amenities to be comfortable. Very responsive and considerate hosts. Near lavender farms. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Good location for day trips to Olympic National Park. Pickleball was fun for all. Quiet location. Clean and new home. Plenty of towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen was adequately stocked with pots/pans/plates/etc. Our question about outdoor lighting was answered promptly. We would recommend this home to others.

Dream house for golf, basketball and pickleball enthusiasts

We spent a few days in Sequim as part of a family reunion, and the "Bunker House" exceeded expectations. The house was clean, well-furnished, with a well-maintained sports court with outdoor lighting and a standout pickleball court. Brianna was an exceptional host, and we all enjoyed the welcome basket of treats. My teenage grandson, who is an avid golfer, said that this was his "dream house." The "Bunker House" is ideal for active families, especially for golf or pickleball enthusiasts.
