Quiet, Secure building close to LOTS of amenities. Just off HWY 30 - making it a 15 minute drive to Ames! Free WIFI, laundry just outside the door, soft water, central air and electric heat. Our spaces allows you to stay in comfort - just like home. Cook a meal in the kitchen, sit on the balcony or relax with a glass of wine and watch some tv.
