Please leave the dining room lights on and set to 50% lighting. Ensure all lighting in the basement and the rest of the house is off.
Please ensure fireplace and stove are turned off. Check dryer, dresser drawers, bedroom, and dining room closets for clothing.

What a great place to stay! The house was so charming inside and out. We had everything we needed to have a small family get together for graduation. The location made it quick and easy to get to HyVee, restaurants and campus. David was an excellent host that answered any question we had right away.
