We are living in Nairobi - less than 3 flying hours from the Seychelles. We come to the Seychelles regularly. We appreciate the friendly people, the climate , year round boating possibilities and the really laid back atmosphere of the Islands.

Located in the tranquil South West of Eden Island - far away from the hectic and the construction sites dominating the north of the Island.
The Apartment is on the side of the "Patatran" block. adding lots of extra light (from the side) and added privacy with own access corridor.
Against all expectation you will not experience any noise emission whatsoever that you might expect from any leisure boat marina.
