Ideally located on Eden Island, the spacious 3 bedroom apartment, overlooking the Marina & Mahe island on one side and St Anne, Cerf Island & Long Island on the other side is styled in the gracious Seychelles vernacular and offers superior finishes throughout in over 200m². It boasts and extended covered open air veranda, making the outside part of the inside. Should you prefer to be a bit cooler, enjoy the air conditioning throughout the apartment. All three bathrooms are en suite and feature a shower and bidet in an open plan setting. 2 of the bedrooms have their own access to their terraces and the 3rd one situated in the 1st floor loft has 180 degree view. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to entertain friends or use the BBQ on the veranda to prepare the catch of the day. As part of the apartment, you also get a mooring close by, or in the Eden Island Marina. And to assure that you are mobile an Electrically Powered Vehicle (Golf Cart) is available for you to zip around Eden island with.

Air conditioning was excellent, and the place was very spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us that stayed there! Location is convenient. Our queries were quickly answered by the management team via WhatsApp. Staff at the resort were polite and hospitable.

I am a world traveler (work and personal) and this apartment was one of the best places I have ever rented. The views were very good, the property location is very good if you are planning tours of Seychelles as many of the tours originate from the Eden Island marina.
The apartment comes with a dedicated golf cart which is quite handy for zipping around the island. A large number of amenities are offered in conjunction with the property (tennis courts, pickle ball, Eden island beaches, etc).
Alex helped with an emergency known traveler application also.

This unit has an excellent location, directly across the path from the largest beach on Eden Island. The views from the back of the marina are peaceful and pretty. The unit is spacious and well-appointed. There were ample bedding and towels. The open loft above gives an extra dimension of openness and space.
The unit is very enjoyable as is. Strictly as a suggestion for additional improvement, TVs in the bedrooms would be nice. I'd also suggest a few extra serving bowls in the kitchen.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr freundlicher Vermieter
Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat die Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr bemüht und alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen für die Anreise besorgt. Die Agentur vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Die Wohnung mit den 3 Schlafzimmern war für uns und unsere 3 Kinder optimal. Die Küche super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick und die gesamte Anlage sind top gepflegt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung den preiswert.

Wir waren elf Tage im Objekt. Bei Einzug wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass in einem der drei Räume die Toilette nicht funktioniere und wir den Raum bitte nicht nutzen sollen/ können. Trotz Handwerkerbesuchen war der Raum in der gesamten Zeit nicht nutzbar. Tag 8: Ausfall aller Klimaanlagen gemeldet, Tag 10 Reparatur. Die Betten sind bequem, den Möbeln und technischen Geräten merkt man die Abnutzung an. Um gemeldete Probleme wurde sich zeitnah gekümmert, das Reinigungsteam arbeitet gründlich und zügig.
Trotz der oben beschriebenen Fakten haben wir hier eine gute Zeit verbracht, der berechnete Preis war angemessen.

I thank you for your comments and your 4 star rating. I am sorry for the challenge with the toilets and the air conditioning. For your information the toilets have now been completely removed and replaced as they were leaking. I have been having some challenge with the AC due to abnormal high temperature in Seychelles during the months of March and April. I have now organized a full service of the AC, and it is working perfectly.
The apartment is indeed very comfortable especially the beds indeed, my cleaning team is doing a great job and are very reactive.
I hope to see you back again and if so I would be happy to offer a great deal as a gesture of good will.

Super ausgestattet, sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber.
Die Seychellen sind nach wie vor ein Traumziel. Das Apartment auf Eden Island ist ideal für Selbstversorger, was der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt problemlos ermöglicht. Eden Island ist ideal gelegten um sowohl den Norden wie auch den Süden zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen.

Le cœur de mahe
L apartement est très grand bien équipé après un sejour à praslin quoi de mieu d être à éden Island pour profiter de Mahe et d être très proche de l aéroport pour le retour plage tres propre et restaurant, avec le buggy très pratique , le propriétaire répond très vite aux demandes est nettement moins cher que les autres sur Airbnb
