Like spending a few days living inside a botanical garden… the cottage is perched above the exquisite trees and bushes and you feel as if you are in a tree house. The views all day long are spectacular. Management was very responsive and attentive. The location was perfect for us and we were able to really see the entire island in 3 days. There are several rental homes on the property but it felt very cozy and private.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. However, for those who enjoy sleeping in, there are no curtains or shutters on two windows near the dining area. You’ll be awakened by daylight as soon as dawn breaks! Personally, this didn’t bother us much.

Hidden gem with an INCREDIBLE view

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage felt like a perfectly appointed tree house on top of the mountain with the best view I’ve ever seen. The cottage itself was beautiful and very well taken care of. It was great having laundry access, and the cottage felt like a central location on the island. We wished we could bring this cottage with us to the next island we visit!

Stu and Ray were fantastic to work with. Answered all of our questions quickly up to our trip, and during as well. The unit was clean, had all we needed for cooking, eating, bathing and sleeping. We used the two beach chairs and cooler each day. The deck lounges were a great way to end the afternoon. Their recommendation for a beach that is not in the guide books was spot on - the most beautiful beach we have ever seen and we were completely alone! We loved Tortola and will absolutely ask to use this rental again.

Botanica is an absolute treasure of the island. The view is incredible, the apartment is clean and well furnished, the bed is clean and incredibly comfortable, and the hosts are kind and accommodating. It's absolutely perfect for anyone staying on the island who want a central place to explore all of Tortola from. Highly recommend!
