Welcome to this exquisite beachside condo on the 23rd floor! Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the glistening ocean, this luxurious residence is the epitome of coastal living. Relax on either of your two spacious balconies and bask in the warm sea breeze as you watch the waves gently kiss the shore. The open-concept living area is adorned with large windows, allowing natural light to flood the space, and giving you a front-row seat to stunning views. We look forward to hosting you!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. The Sapphire also has many wonderful amenities including a full service spa, game room and theatre on the first floor!

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.
Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in. -A maximum of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy, children of any age will be counted as a guest.
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have guests.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles allowed in the condo.
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated

Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or eviction

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: March 7th-March 17th 2024 and March 23rd- March 31st 2024 "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family."

Superb

Our stay was perfect! We loved everything about the condo, everywhere you looked you could see water! The rooms were clean and decorated so nicely. We had a wonderful time and even ate at one of the restaurants you suggested thank you thank you thank you for a great time. 😊

Sapphire 2304 Spring Break 2024

From the moment we walked in the door, It was a five star, and so much more than what the pictures showed. The owners thought of everything that you would ever need. From the most comfortable mattress in the master bedroom to having all of the beach items that a family would need for the beach. The kitchen was full of all of the utensils, pots pans, and so much more. And to top everything off the views were absolutely AMAZING on both sides the Gulf side and the bay side for the beautiful sunrise to sunsets. We can’t wait to book again for our next venture down to SPI. Thank you for making our spring break a memorable one!!!
