5 Beds/4 Baths: Our 5,000 SF house is located in the heart of Homestead Resort on one acre of land (Sleeps 14). Our guests enjoy a large private hot tub on outside deck with stunning mountain views. Large game room with 55" TV, full-sized pool & foosball tables. Access to a private attached 2 car garage & full-sized laundry room.

Lovely Place to Relax

We enjoyed our yearly family reunion at Hummingbird Springs. The home is amazing - plenty of large bedrooms, nice eating area, and plenty of bathroom space to accommodate all. The privacy of the home was also enjoyed, as well as the BBQ and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly with concerns and questions - which was very much appreciated. We hope to be able to stay again.

Fabulous Family vacation home

We enjoyed the house and all the rooms with queen and king beds. The large kitchen and dining area made it nice for everyone to come together and the family room was relaxing and fun.

Great house for a group

We stayed here for a week to ski at Park City and Snowbird. Bottom floor was great for kids, with own family room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful house, dining room table enough for 10, large kitchen.

We loved our stay in Midway! This home was just the right size for our family, and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and the hot tub was so fun. The home is tucked back in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll come here again!

Had a great time at the home. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great view of the mountains. You can see deer walk through the front yard in the mornings while drinking coffee! Close enough to drive to the ski slopes, especially Deer Valley. Would love to stay again.

Perfect house for large family ski trip

Our family trip was perfect from beginning to end. The house was in a nice neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle but close to PC Mountain. The house was big enough to fit our whole extended family of all ages comfortably.

The MSU ski team stayed here while competing in races at Soldier Hollow.It was great, beds for everyone. Super comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes for group meals. We will definitely be returning to stay here when our competition calendar brings us to Soldier Hollow.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful time at this property for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful home with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was large enough for us all to work together on cooking our dinner and there was a great collection of pans and dishes to use. We enjoyed the game tables and the hot tub. There were plenty of towels for use in the baths which was really nice too. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Hummingbird Springs is located in Midway, Utah near Heber City and a Deer Valley Gondola. There are exceptional restaurants and shopping that make staying at Hummingbird Springs a special occasion.

There are 2 lakes (Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir) within 10 minutes of Midway along with a variety of incredible biking and hiking trails, blue ribbon fly-fishing excursions, horseback riding and ATV/Razor trails and rentals. And of course, downhill skiing all around and even cross-country skiing on the 2002 Olympics course at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
