The property was nice and close to the beach, host was attentive and directions were detailed. The place could use some new paint and some TLC in the bathroom as the pictures oversell a bit. We would stay there again.

This property is in the perfect location to walk the boardwalk or beach, shop, and eat at many restaurants. The property is accurately described. It has everything you need to enjoy one night or several months.

Great vacation location

You are so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops all within waking distance. The listing was exactly as described. Great communication with property manager and she checked in with me to see how things were going. Very happy with everything.

It’s the best little place to stay! Location is perfect. Everything was amazing. Needed nothing. Absolutely recommend! We stayed a week. We will need it again in November!! Look no further.

Unit had a nice location to the beach. Bed mattress has a lot to be desired as well as the couch that’s about 6 inches off the ground. Kitchen was nicely furnished and clean as well as the appliances. Bathroom is seriously due for remodeling. Towels were sour smelling, thankfully unit was furnished with beach towels which we were able to use. Community neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. All in all it was a nice trip for the price and would stay again.

We also followed up after your first night and offered to bring fresh towels when mentioned, but that offer was declined.
