This home sits at the back of a small arm of the lake, and you can walk down and take advantage of the lakeshore, (at the beginning of this arm - about 200 feet down), where you can fish, swim, or tie your boat up to the shoreline).

This adorable Lakeview/Lakefront home is located in Garfield which is about halfway between the City of Rogers and the tourist destination of Eureka Springs. Located only minutes from Lost Bridge State Parks.
There is a nearby boat ramp, and community lakefront picnic & swim area as well as boat ramps, picnic areas and swim areas at both state parks.

This is a very quiet lake community offering plenty of wildlife and peace. Bring your furry best friend with you!
