Lakeside Arcade! Hot Tub, GAMES, roaming deer

Yards from Beaver Lake with a gentle walk. This is the north end of Beaver Lake and is absolutely beautiful all year round. Comfortable and fully stocked, but also has two full rooms of GAMES!

NO PARTIES!!! If you are looking for an adult party house - this is NOT it. If you are looking for a great family time - this is it.

Game room (and garage) full of vintage games and pool table. Community pool, playground and tennis courts are at the end of the street. Boat launch is 5 minutes away.
Port-a- crib available upon request

Vangie is available from 8am to 10pm and responds quickly to phone calls or texts most of the time. If you have an emergency after 10 PM, please call Vangie’s cell phone twice in a row and it will override the silence feature and ring through.

This is a quiet lakefront community. We appreciate our guests respecting the peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors

We have a liability waiver that will be sent to you after booking. It needs to be signed and returned ASAP

NO EV charging. We currently do not have the electrical capacity for it and it could damage units in the house which will be charged to the guest.
No parties! Liability waiver must be signed. Please respect the house and games.

We had such a great family vacation here! The house was so nice and clean with everything that we needed! Everyone enjoyed feeding the deer and kayaking! The arcade room was great when everyone was ready to be indoors for a little while. Great place to stay and a wonderful host!

We had a great stay! This home was the perfect place for our family to spend quality time together. As our kids have gotten older, it’s become harder to find activities that truly bring everyone together, but this place made that easy. We made so many great memories playing pool, ping pong, kayaking, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and watching and feeding the deer.The home was clean, comfortable, well maintained and communication was excellent. The owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. We would highly recommend this property.

Best place in Garfield! Great screened in back porch, beautifully remodeled home, and so much for kids of all ages to do in the wonderful arcade & game room. 3 kayaks can be easily carried to the shore. Don’t hesitate to book this home. It was our 4th time here and it gets better each visit.

Highly recommend! This was our family's 2nd stay at this amazing property! Vangie is a wonderful host, and was quick to answer any questions prior to arrival as well as make recommendations for the horseback riding we wanted to do. Honestly everything was perfect. I didn't need to reach out to her for anything. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. We enjoyed playing many games, swimming at the community pool, kayaking on the lake and relaxing on the deck. Such a peaceful area to stay and enjoyed watching and feeding the deer every evening. We had beautiful weather all week so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. However, a rainy day wouldn't put a damper on the vacation as there's so much entertainment right there in the house with all the games available. Coffee every morning on the screened in porch was the best way to start the day. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

So much fun at Lakeside Arcade! We loved the game rooms, deck, hot tub, fire pit and even took the kayaks for a spin on the lake. We also loved having our dogs with us. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful cabin and phenomenal host! It had amenities for everyone. We were a family of all age groups from babies to teens to adults and everyone really enjoyed this cabin. The lake view from the porch was beautiful. Cabin was clean and very well stocked. Owner proactively brought kitchen supplies that I was not even expecting to be supplied by the host. Really appreciated the level driveway after seeing other steep ones on the drive up. We can’t wait to travel back to this area. There’s plenty to explore within about 45 minutes

Fantastic place!

Vangie was wonderful! Always quick to respond. The lake view from the screened in porch and hot tub was wonderful. The house was absolutely spotless-so clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The two game rooms were a huge hit! I highly recommend! We loved every minute of our stay!

We, Doug and Vangie, love to play at the lake with our children and grandchildren. This house offered us a great opportunity to create a special vacation spot for our family and yours. We own other vacation rentals locally and are very excited to add this special place to our offerings.

Why they chose this property

The proximity to the lake, with an easy walk to the end of the street, then across the corp line to the lake, was all we needed to say "Yes" to this house. We have since fallen in love with the wildlife (particularly deer) that surround the property. It's a very quiet dead end, with a short walk, also, to the neighborhood playground, and community pool.
