This is our second visit to this beautiful home. The home is clean, comfortable and has the most beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed all the wildlife - squirrels and lots of beautiful deer. The host has fresh flowers, waters and a bottle of wine awaiting your visit. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Gorgeous views! My friends and I were very comfortable in the home. It is beautiful and well appointed. We appreciated the extra touches of having toiletries, garbage bags, toilet paper and coffee filters. Also kitchen was stocked to feed a group easily. Thanks Bill for replacing the shower head so quickly when it broke. I hope to return!

The house was stocked with everything you might need. Rooms were very clean. Bill and his wife were very responsive to requests, friendly and easy to talk to. Bill even purchased a new weber gas grill when we expressed concern with the one currently on the property. Our stay was very enjoyable and having direct access to the lake with the use of their kayaks and floats made it perfect. I recommend this property for an enjoyable stay.

The host was easy to work with and communicate with. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. They Kitchen was easily accessible to inside dinning or outside balcony dining. The property had a stunning view. This was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get away from all the everyday chaos. The family loved the easy access to the lake with a lot of water play time. I would highly recommend this property for a getaway.

The house was very clean with beautiful views. The water access was wonderful. My mom went with us and she had to have some help down the path, but that was to be expected. Lovely home. Great customer service as well!

Beautiful views, House had everything you could need. Only thing I might add would be to leave a broom for quests to use. Absolutely nothing negative to l3ave about thislisting, it was amazing and we will be back!

Easily one of the best rentals we have stayed in…lovely, clean, well-stocked. We enjoyed the lake views and the beach. Driveway is very steep and we cooked in most nights due to being farther out from towns. But the stay was great and we hope to come back someday!

Thank you for your positive review, Megan! Pea Ridge, Arkansas (approx. 25 minutes from the house). It has a Walmart Neighborhood Market and lots of fast food restaurants. There is a Dollar General and gas station in the small town of Garfield (approx. 15-20 minutes from the house). That said, Walmart Neighborhood Market will deliver to the house free (Walmart plus), with a delivery fee. We have found this service to be very reliable. Thank you again, Bill

Once again it did not disappoint. This place is amazing. Everything you need and then some. Right on the water. Loved waking up to the view. Wow! The view of Braver Lake is fantastic. We enjoyed a girls’ trip in this lovely, well-equipped home. The parking space is ample, but you might need 4-wheel drive getting out. There is space at the top of the driveway that’s easy to manage. Kayaks, fire pit, spacious deck helped us enjoy the beautiful spring weather. About a 45 minute drive to Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and The Momentary!

Thank you Margie, for your very positive review. I would like to add a little context in relation to the driveway. There is a short hill down to the front of the house where there is ample parking - and at the top (as you noted). It is a gravel driveway, but the hill portion is covered in concrete to provide traction. We have absolutely no trouble going up and down the driveway in our Toyota Camry, and many or our guests have similar cars with no issues either (no 4 wheel drive required).
