Hair in the shower, unwashed bath mats, the incorrect bedding setup, and the sticky dining table are all not acceptable and do not reflect the standard we aim to maintain. We’ve already escalated these concerns to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review so we can correct the issues and reinforce proper inspection procedures moving forward. The feedback about the overall impression of the home is also noted and will be used to improve both our cleaning checks and staging standards.
