Love our stay. Yes it is small, but perfect for the two of us.Clean and comfortable. We will stay again. So close to downtown. The free trolley was perfect.
Great location! The unit itself is tiny, but perfect for one person who is planning on being out and about. Beautiful and walkable historic neighborhood, lots to see and do! Hosts are wonderful.
This property provides great access to downtown and is centrally located for just about anything you’d want to do in the Tucson area. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to downtown. Hosts are very helpful.
It was a lovely, very cool, very stocked, very neat little place. The hosts showed great care with the information and amenities they provided. I don't think you could ask for more, and if you did I bet they would provide it.

Exactly as described. Book of menus for walkable restaurants helped with finding local spots! Easy street parking, and easy drive to lots of great hiking.
Immaculate little casita with every amenity in the unit. Great location in a wonderful old neighborhood close to downtown. On street parking and privacy in the back yard casita with outdoor seating. Really a pleasant place to spend a few days. One of the most well designed layouts for a tiny place.
It's a great little cabana, bed super super comfortable everything you could possibly need was provided. Quiet, safe really quite nice. The only challenge was pretty much no water pressure, which was a bit frustrating
The unit is very small, but well appointed the AC kept the unit. Cool the bathroom was teeny, tiny but had what you needed. The unit was very clean. We never saw the hosts or needed their assistance, because the check-in process was very easy. Walkable to great restaurants. And we felt safe there. My car was on the street as well, no problems
Stayed here with my partner Lily for two nights in Feb 2026. We had a lovely time that was highlighted by the hosts, Bob and Kay, who were welcoming, amenable, and helpful. The Casita was very comfortable and is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Many Tucson destinations are accessible by walking or public transit, and Bob gave us great recommendations for what to do with our limited time. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio outside the Casita soaking in the sun and watching birds fly around in the trees. Highly recommended and we'd love to return next time we are in the area!

This adorable casita was the perfect place to rest our heads after an event that we were in town for. Bob & Kay were incredibly accommodating and kind - also thank you for the recommendation about the events going on downtown! We will definitely check this location out again if our travels bring us back to Tuscon!
Fantastic little place right in the heart of Tucson. Only 2 complaints hairs on the wall of the shower and the shower was mildly hot for about 60 seconds the rest of my quick shower the water was warm at best.

The owners were very accommodating and respectful of privacy. Provided free coffee soda and water bottles. Two kinds of coffee makers. Spacious outside patio which you will need because the room itself is fully loaded, but quite small.Location the most outstanding part of our stay, especially five minutes walking to convention center. Perfect for the annual gem and mineral rock show. Very quiet. We highly recommend this for those on a budget. The restaurant around the corner ‘El Minuto Cafe’ best Mexican food great prices.
This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Bob and Kay have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable and seamless, such as plenty of K-cups, offers to replenish; plush towels; detailed guides and menus with personal annotations regarding distance, hours, and transportation; to a thoughtful nightlight in the bathroom! And they are completely responsive and available to provide assistance! And the location gives you easy access to so many adventures! This was a perfect stay in every way. We will definitely be back someday.
Bob and Kay were a lovely couple and made the stay that much more inviting. I appreciate their kindness and hospitality. I had a great stay!Thank you! :)
This small casita has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It boasts a full kitchen with a hideaway table/chairs, a comfortable bunk bed, and an additional chair to relax in. Located in a quiet, historic neighborhood close to the convention center, it was perfect for our stay!
