We loved this property so much. It was a close walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants, parking was easy and the house has a driveway that fit two SUVs. The property was dog friendly and has an amazing rooftop. GREAT place!!!

We had a wonderful stay on a family beach week. The property was great for the entire family, including several kids of age ranges from 6 months to 8 years--very clean and very comfortable. The location was great, walkable to the beach and walkable to playgrounds and parks. The team was very responsive to us and our questions, though we didn't have any issues. It was a really nice place. Everything was well maintained. Only issue was the cabin seemed like it hadnt been opened in awhile. The smaller bedroom had lots of dust on the ceiling fan. Loved all the outdoor sitting areas. Thanks for a fun weekend

We enjoyed the house and its separate rear cottage. The location is a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to all downtown shopping and eating. Both house and cottage have modern kitchens and are well furnished. All appliances worked and the gas grilled seems brand new, as do the front-loading washer/dryer.The spaces are a little tight, but workable for our 10 member family. The main house dinner table was big enough, and patio chairs gave us the additional seats we needed.Very hard to find anything to complain about.

There are several great things about the property. The layout worked beautifully for our extended family. Our daughter and family took the upstairs so baby could sleep. Our son and family took the cottage so youngsters could stay up late. My husband and I took a bedroom on the main floor with attached bathroom. LOTS of bathrooms, so convenient for everyone. Also, the location was great. Close to fishing pier (Lake Gerar), beach, boardwalk, tot lot, and downtown shops and restaurants. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. Parking for 2 cars and a truck worked out fine. Last minute addition of Chihuahua mix dog was not a worry. The Smart TVs worked great once the smart kids arrived :) We had a wonderful week!
