Bright open floor plan with loft. Beach community home in East Falmouth with full access to Sea Coast Shores Association (pool tennis, in-season dining with a view & private beach access)
House is nestled with privacy via a private road that leads you to your week of fun. New outdoor shower and extended patio area.

Close to everything.
3 minute drive to club house pool and restaurant
6 minutes to Menauhant Beach
6 minutes to Mashpee Commons
12 minutes to Falmouth Heights Beach
10 minutes to downtown Falmouth's restaurant scene

Central AC (Mini splits) in every room.

I provide the septic-friendly toilet paper as the house (like most of cape) is on septic.

Linens and towels are not provided. I do provide 8 beach towels.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement

TV streaming is available in living room and in bedroom on 2nd floor

8 Beach chairs (in basement) There are outdoor security cameras (doorbell and back yard)

Cape Cod getaway

My family and I had an amazing weekend in Falmouth. This home was absolutely perfect. The home is so lovely and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable in both relaxing and sleeping in our stay. The home is close to restaurants and beaches. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in to see how our stay was going. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Cape Cod stay which offers privacy and a close proximity to all that Falmouth has to offer.

Why they chose this property

I chose this location for the neighborhood and amenities of the SeaCoast community. One of my favorite things to do when I rent in the cape is to take walks and admire all the cape houses.
