The property was clean and comfortable. The game room area needs some kind of heater in order to be usable during the colder months. I feel like they need to leave extra trash bags so that you can take all of your trash out before leaving.

Cozy and comfortable!

My family enjoyed relaxing at the house! The beds were nice and comfortable. The back yard offered plenty of space for the dogs to stretch and explore. The hot tub was very enjoyable for the whole family, especially as the temperature dropped. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit back and relax!!!

Amazing place to stay and very pet friendly

Our stay at this location was delightful. The site was well-maintained, thoughtfully provisioned, and exceptionally comfortable. Unlike our usual experiences, the beds were truly cozy. The internet service worked seamlessly for streaming. Communication with the management service via text messages was convenient, and they promptly addressed minor maintenance requests. The friendly maintenance staff efficiently resolved any issues. We chose this property because of its spacious, well-fenced backyard—a perfect spot for our dog. The owners went the extra mile to secure the fence, ensuring our pet’s safety. Relaxing on the back patio, we appreciated the lovely yard, although our dog seemed to enjoy it even more. The grill served us well during our stay, and the hot tub was a pleasure. The comfortable, spacious bedrooms added to the overall experience. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit to Ruidoso!

Blue Sky has some really awesome things going for it -- house layout, fenced backyard, covered patio, hot tub, nice neighborhood. I would strongly recommend it just on those attributes. However, I was disappointed in the condition and amenities of the house -- broken porch tiles, stained kitchen and bathroom sinks, broken window blinds and door screens, clothes dryer inoperable, broken door knob to the game room (literally just fell off the door), trash in the yard, uncomfortable/old mattresses, cheap toilet paper, cheap bar hand soap, no dishwasher pods/detergent. I know the property is run by a management company so extras are kept to a minimum, but our experience was outside the realm of what I would consider "normal". I reported the issues to the management company mainly so we wouldn't be dinged as responsible for the things in disrepair, but also, maybe they'd take the time between renters to repair/update the things we noted. Blue Sky isn't a cheap rental. For what we spent, I expected a little more "nice". For those considering a stay here, if the issues are dealt with, it's a fantastic property. Even I would rent Blue Sky again.
